CHRISTIAN DAVIS
FOUNDER
MSW, LCSW, LCAS
Christian works primarily with individuals ages 18 and older who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, grief and loss, relationship challenges, social skills, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and faith issues.
Christian has specialized training in EMDR & utilizes other therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Therapy, Somatic-Based Practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Christian's work is motivated by providing individual's the space to co-regulate and build a future they feel empowered to exist in.
TORI WILCOX
MSW, LCSWA
Tori works with adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence concerns, relationship struggles and boundary setting.
Tori uses a mindfulness-based approach to her sessions as well as a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is passionate about creating safe and regulated environments for all of her clients.
Tori's work is motivated by helping clients create lives in which they can feel fulfilled and present.

Outside of the office, you will find Tori practicing meditation, teaching yoga, or outside running. She also loves being by the water and traveling.
Tori knew since a young age that she wanted to go into the counseling profession. She cares deeply about mindfulness in all aspects of life. Her community would describe her as grounding, compassionate, present & spontaneous.
KAITY WILSON
MA, LCMHC
Kaity specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, perinatal care, and grief. She has 10 years of experience working with survivors of trauma in a multitude of ways, and comes from a background of non-profit work.
Kaity uses evidence-based therapy to help her clients heal. She is EMDR trained, has her Certificate from Trauma Resiliency Model Level 1 & 2, and uses Somatic & Nervous System Informed Therapy.
Kaity's work is motivated by compassion, deep care for others, and helping people escape survival mode. Kaity works hard to help her clients feel safe within their own nervous systems.

Outside of work, you will find Kaity with her family, hosting book club, and sipping cappuccinos around town. She also enjoys staying active through running & yoga.
Kaity loves the playful parts of life. She adores activities with her kids and singing with the car windows down. Her community would describe her as authentic, inspirational, trustworthy, and young at heart.
