About the Space

 

Our office is nestled in the heart of downtown Raleigh, just a short walk from local coffee shops and restaurants and provides accessibility for individuals living around the Triangle. We strive to create a cozy, inviting space that allows our clients to feel safe and welcomed. We provide snacks, beverages, and a full coffee bar for clients and Clinicians. Our office also offers access to a rooftop terrace with a view of the Raleigh skyline where Clinicians can conduct sessions or take a breath of fresh air in between clients.

 

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a licensed outpatient clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.) for a W-2 position, to provide individual and/or group therapy to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be skilled in trauma-informed therapy to include but not limited to DBT, IFS, EMDR, etc. and demonstrates a commitment to creating a supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented therapeutic environment. We are seeking a team player who values structure, collaboration with other Clinicians, and approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset. This role includes a consistent mix of both in-person sessions in our downtown Raleigh office, as well as virtual sessions.

Required Qualifications

 

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Active full or provisional/associate level license, in good standing (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical skills and interest in provided trauma-informed care

• Ability to perform both in-person and HIPAA compliant telehealth therapy as a part of the hybrid role

• Willingness to collaborate with other Clinicians in a group practice setting and networking with community partners

• Understanding of documentation standards and ethical guidelines
